What this site is
This website describes a product we are building for compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the GAID 2025. It is published so you can decide whether to talk to us.
Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a contract. Pricing depends on sector, size, and DCPMI tier, which is why no figure is published here.
Asking for a demo
The demo form on this site opens a message in your own email application. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send it, and what you send is covered by the privacy notice.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Elbamp Technologies. The legislation it refers to does not, and we make no claim over it.
Accuracy
We describe the law as we understand it, and we cite the sections we rely on. That is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified data protection professional reviewing your own position.
