Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Elbamp Technologies handles when you use this website or ask us for a demo, why we handle it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This notice is a draft awaiting review by a qualified Nigerian data protection professional. It is published so the obligation is visible, not because it is final. For anything you need to rely on, write to dpo@elbamp.com.
Who we are
Elbamp Technologies is a Nigerian company building compliance software for the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach our data protection contact at dpo@elbamp.com.
What we collect on this website
This website has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. It sets no cookies and stores nothing about you on our servers.
If you ask for a demo, the form on this site opens a message in your own email application. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it. When you do send it, we receive the details you filled in: your work email, your organization, your role, and your DCPMI tier if you told us.
Why we handle it, and on what basis
We use what you send only to reply to you and to arrange the demo you asked for. The lawful basis is your request: you contacted us, and handling your message is necessary to answer it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twenty four months afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Who else sees it
Our email provider processes the message so we can receive it. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to dpo@elbamp.com and we will respond within the time the Act allows.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes we will update the date at the top. If a change affects you materially and we hold your contact details, we will tell you.
